Our coaches Jia-Ping Lee and Andrew Ng, will guide you towards a better understanding of what motivates you.
These sessions comprises group teaching as well as a one to one coaching session, and will culminate with a vision board that sets down your life’s goals and aspirations for the next five years.
Jia-Ping LEE has been working in the realm of corporate and urban transformation for the last 15 years. As a founder of Tempatico, she helps companies (and coaches CEOs and their executives) to build a strong organisation culture by creating a strategy and roadmap that attracts the right talent and customers.
From 2011 to 2015, She was one of the panel coaches advising start-ups on 'Up The Ante' a radio programme on BFM89.9. In 2019 she was a chosen as a mentor for British Council’s Creative Innovators, as well as for Cambodia Living Arts’ Fellows programmes.
She is on the board of PlacemakingX, a global organisation based in New York that advocates a human-centric approach to urban planning and design through placemaking. in 2020, she was invited to be part of the advisory committee for a Social Purpose Organisation called Doh Eain in Myanmar.
As a former member of the CEO group Vistage, she had the privilege of being coached for 10 years. She sees coaching and self awareness courses as the key to reaching one’s full potential.
Andrew Ng is a certified professional coach/facilitator and runs his own coaching practice called Scaling People Asia PLT.
In his programmes, he guides people to discover themselves and their potential while developing clarity on how to move forward wherever they are in their lives.
He also helps organisations to facilitate strategic meetings in order to develop their vision & strategies to come up with a roadmap on how to move forward together as an organisation.
By doing all these, Andrew hopes to eventually bridge the gap of opportunities between the privileged & the misfits - those who were tossed aside, overlooked, rejected, or just did not know what their potential was and how they could use it for the community.
Andrew is a graduate from University of Sydney with a degree in Bachelor of Arts and Sciences (Psychology).
